Pertois-Moriset is located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and has been a family business since its founding. The history of the house began with the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, son and daughter of two farmer winegrower families of the Côte des Blancs. In 1951, the couple decided to found the brand 'Pertois-Moriset', which kept growing when their son Dominique and his wife Florence joined them.
Today, the area of the vineyard is 18.50 hectares, from which about 75,000 bottles at year come out.
Our house champagne Seehof is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grown at the Côteaux Sézannais. The champagne is stored in the tank for half a year and at least 2 years in the bottle before it comes to us.
